RETURNS
At As You Are Co we take great pride in the quality of our products and each style is checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please read the below Returns Policy and contact us for a refund or replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any reason other than a fault.
All returns must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
If you would like to process a return, it must be done within 7 days of receiving your order, which is according to the date of delivery as provided by our postal provider.
RETURNS PROCESS
If you meet the above criteria and would like to process a return, please contact us at info@asyouareco.com.au with your name, order number, details of the fault and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Once approved, we will provide a return authorisation number (RA#) and details on how to return your order.
Returns will be posted back at the customer’s expense, however, this cost will be refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your return, for us to process and provide either an exchange or refund.
If you have requested a refund, only the cost of the item will be refunded, and this will be done so back to your original payment method.
Please note, As You Are Co is not responsible for the loss or damage of any parcels being returned to us. We recommend using a registered postal service when making any returns and keep a record of the tracking details.
As You Are Co reserves the right to refuse a return if the criteria listed above are not met.
